- We are currently only able to ship to the 50 U.S. states. We are unable to ship to APOs, post office boxes, and international addresses.
- All Purchases made through The Bling Event, LLC are subject to shipping and handling and applicable taxes.
Payment Info
The Bling Event, LLC accepts major credit cards only as the following method of payment: Visa, Mastercard, Discovercard, and American Express. Currently we do not accept phone or fax orders.
Refund Policy
There are no refunds on any The Bling Event, LLC products. All sales are final.
Exchanges
Exchanges are available only for t-shirts & clothing for an alternate size. There are no exchanges available on any products in the Cake Jewelry line. Shipping is non-refundable on any order and you must pay your own shipping & handling to exchange items.
Should you need to exchange a product for an alternate size, you will need to contact us at info@theblingevent.com for an Exchange Form within 48 hours of delivery, and ship the unworn, undamaged item to us within 7 days with a completed copy of the Exchange Form. Once we receive your item, we will check stock availability and send your new size as quickly as possible. There is a 25% restocking fee on any exchanges.
Shipping
All of The Bling Event, LLC Signature Bling Products are shipped USPS Priority Mail only. Here’s how it works: Once you place your order from The Bling Event, LLC, you will receive a confirmation email and will be notified if your item is in stock and how soon it will ship from our warehouse. Your item will be shipped via USPS Priority Mail, but please allow processing time from our warehouse. From start to finish you should receive your Bling Event Signature Bling Product within a week to ten days.
At this time overnight and rush shipping is unavailable but will be coming soon!
Shipping rates are as follows:
$0 – $100 USPS Priority Mail $5.20 – $11.95
$101 – $250 USPS Priority Mail $21.95
$251 – $500 USPS Priority Mail $35.95
$501 and up USPS Priority Mail $59.95
Shipping & handling charges are non refundable for exchanges. Purchaser is responsible for any shipping & handling charges on exchanges.
The Bling Event, LLC is not responsible for any damage done to the product(s) after leaving our warehouse. We put all items through an inspection before packaging and comply with standard packing techniques to ensure a safe delivery. Sometimes packages are damaged in the shipment and are the responsibility of the delivery service. Any and all disputes regarding damaged items should be expressed to The Bling Event, LLC immediately upon delivery. If a purchaser has disposed of the original packaging of the item(s), The Bling Event, LLC will not be able to file a complaint with the delivery service and will be not be held liable to replace your order. The Bling Event, LLC is not responsible for any shipment delay and purchaser agrees that any shipping problems will be the liability of the shipping carrier and not The Bling Event, LLC. Purchase further agrees you will not attempt to stop payment to The Bling Event, LLC due to any shipping problem or delivery issue.
If your order comes back to us as: refused, moved, un-claimed, undeliverable or any other reason, your package may be refused or discarded at your expense and you will not be refunded or credited. Please remember if you ordered an item it is your duty to read and follow any instructions and make yourself available to receive your package.
Sizing
The majority of our items in the Signature Bling Clothing Line run small. Please refer to our sizing charts and item descriptions to avoid having to make exchanges in sizes for clothing products.
